Bad customer service

Curtains ordered were nice but let too much light through for the room they were intended for. Curtains were returned as instructed but no refund received.No reply to my e mails. Would not recommend or use this web site again. I am now looking at taking further action to get refund back as I am an OAP and can not afford to loose this amount
