Returns We are happy to accept returns on all orders, provided they are requested within 28 days of receipt, unused, and in their original packaging with all labels and tags intact.

Exchanges We offer free exchanges only in cases where items are faulty, incorrect, or missing from your order.
For all other situations, we do not offer a direct exchange service. If you would like a replacement, please return the item(s) and place a new order.
Disclaimer If returned items show signs of use, are damaged after delivery, or are not in their original packaging, we will be unable to process your request.
In such cases, the items will be sent back to you and a standard delivery charge will apply.
