In Your Email:
- A brief explanation of why you would like to proceed
- The item(s) from your order
- Photos, if your item is damaged or faulty (this helps us resolve things quicker for you)
Once we’ve received your request, we’ll get back to you promptly with a free returns label.
As soon as your item(s) arrive back with us and have been checked, your refund will be issued within 3 working days.
Please note that original delivery charges are non-refundable.
