Do you have a store? bedbathandhome.co.uk operates from a warehouse which is not open to the public.

Can I collect my order? Unfortunately, no. Our warehouse is not equipped to offer this service.

The item I want is out of stock If the item you’re looking for is out of stock, please email help@bedbathandhome.co.uk and we’ll let you know when it’s back.

Can I amend or cancel my order? You’ll receive an order confirmation followed by a dispatch confirmation.

If your order has not yet been dispatched, it may still be possible to amend or cancel it. Please email us as soon as possible.

I received the wrong item or part of my order Mistakes can occasionally happen.

Please email us with a brief explanation and we’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

I haven’t received my order UK orders should arrive within 2-3 working days, depending on the service selected.

International orders may take up to 10 working days. If your order hasn’t arrived within these timeframes, please contact us.

My item is faulty If you receive a faulty item, please email us with a brief description and images. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund based on your preference.
